Small batch
Made in runs small enough that somebody actually tastes every one.
Stein Brothers Hot Sauce Co.
A former NCAA wrestler teamed up with his brother and started making the sauce they actually wanted to eat. Real ingredients that kick back and never tap out.
Wrestling doesn't hand you anything. You make weight, you show up, and you find out exactly what you're made of in about six minutes. It's a sport built on discipline, repetition, and a stubborn refusal to quit when the smart move would be to fold.
That's the mindset the whole company runs on. Nothing here is outsourced to a flavour lab. Every batch gets made, tasted, argued about, and made again.
It started the way most good things do — two brothers, a stove, and a strong opinion that the sauce on the shelf wasn't cutting it. Too much vinegar, too much sugar, too much filler, and never enough actual pepper.
So they built their own. Fruit-forward heat that tastes like fruit. Jalapeño that tastes green and alive. Heat that shows up, does its job, and gets out of the way of the food.
Small batch, real ingredients, no apologies. Every bottle carries the goat because the goat is the point — don't follow the flock, don't settle for the safe option, and don't let anybody tell you the mild version is good enough.
Stein Brothers Hot Sauce Co. fuels fighters who jump mountains, blaze trails, and charge the limits head-on.
Don't be a sheep. Be the goat.
Real ingredients or it doesn't go in the bottle.
Heat should have flavour behind it. Burn on its own is lazy.
Small batches. If it doesn't taste right, it doesn't ship.
Never tap out.

Peppers, fruit, and the things that belong. Nothing on the label you'd need to look up.
Designed to go on things — eggs, wings, tacos, pizza — not to sit in a novelty cabinet.
Two brothers. No committee, no investors telling us to tone down the heat.
